Terms
Design and Ingredients
We love hearing your ideas and inspiration, and we’ll always do our best to incorporate them into your cake while staying true to the studio’s style.
As we work with seasonal ingredients, specific fruits and flowers cannot always be guaranteed, so where needed we will thoughtfully select alternatives of a similar style and quality.
All flowers are kept fresh using water tubes, which also act as a barrier between the stems and the cake. Any fruit is secured with food-safe sticks, which need to be removed before serving. We’ll always let you know exactly what’s been used so everything can be safely removed before cutting.
Most cakes can also be adapted for dietary requirements and allergens; however, whilst we take great care to avoid specified ingredients, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens due to supplier processes.
Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. As a small business with limited capacity, we’re unable to hold dates without a deposit, and our weekends do book up quickly, so we recommend securing your date as soon as possible.
The remaining balance is due two weeks before delivery or collection.
Cancellations and Refunds
As all cakes are bespoke and made to order, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Any refund of the remaining balance will be considered based on the stage of preparation and any costs already incurred. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery is charged separately. We recommend cakes are collected or delivered no more than one day before your event and kept refrigerated until two hours before serving. We mainly deliver within London, with larger orders outside London possible by request. Please get in touch via the enquiry form to discuss.
You’re very welcome to collect your cake. We recommend travelling by car and keeping journeys under two hours.
Storage and Care
Once your cake has been collected or delivered, responsibility passes to you. We’re always happy to offer guidance on transport, storage, and care to help keep your cake looking its best.
